Historical Background
In 2009, the Children's Coalition had its early beginnings from the joint efforts of leaders of several Kiwanis and Lions clubs reaching out to children and family organizations to provide 
support for their programs and charitable events in San Diego County!
The Coalition began with networking mixers held monthly at the 94th Aero Squadron and has grown to a powerful, county-wide network of individuals, charities, businesses, and media partners all dedicating their time to serving children and families in need!
